- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (depending on how thick you want it)
- 1/4 TSP cinnamon
