Delicious Mint Mojito Vitamin Water (Awesome for Bloating!)


I love mint. It tastes great in sweet and savory foods and is also amazing in drinks. Making vitamin water with mint is not only delicious, but ridiculously healthy. Mint can help aid in digestion, sooth nausea, get rid of headaches, and more!

Ingredients

  • 2 liters seltzer water (or flat, filtered water if preferred)
  • 3 stems Mint, washed and leaves removed (toss the stem)
  • 3 limes, washed and thinly sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, washed and thinly sliced
In a large jar, add all the mint leaves and mash with a wooden spoon until bruised. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Let sit for 20 minutes then enjoy!
