I'm a huge mustard fan. Like eat it on everything kind of fan. I love it mixed with cut up pickles, on on a burger, on steamed broccoli (trust me), and anywhere else I can manage to add it.
I was excited when French's contacted me for the chance to create a recipe using some of their awesome products. Taking your favorite French’s mustard and adding a few simple ingredients can unlock a world of possibilities - flavorful sauces, dips, marinades and dressings.
First the recipe:Sauce Ingredients (yields 1 cup)
1/4 cup Dried Onion flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup French's Yellow Mustard
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 cup Tomato Paste
1 tablespoons raw sugar (optional for a sweeter sauce)
1 teaspoon Hot Paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat for 30 minutes. Pour sauce over turkey burgers and enjoy! Just as a note, I found this recipe tastes even better after sitting in the fridge overnight so definitely make enough for leftovers! (Adapted Recipe)
