Sexy Superfood Maca Brekky Oats


Adding Maca to your everyday oats turns this from food into a super food breakfast. Maca is a nutrient-dense root that provides an abundance of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids beneficial for general health, hormonal balance, and immune function. It has also been said to increase stamina and is a libido booster (wink wink).

Get ready for a delicious, powerhouse, sexy super food oats to switch up your morning foodie routine

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats 
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or water (enough to cook your oats)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • Handful of raw walnuts (I use 8-10)
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 ripe banana


Directions:

Cook oats in your chosen liquid until thick and sticky. Once cooked, stir in Maca and cinnamon. Place in your favorite bowl and top with chia seeds, sliced banana, and walnuts. Sprinkle chia seeds over and enjoy!
