Ingredients (recipe serves 2)
Blend all ingredients except for the chocolate. Adjust almond milk for thicker batter. Spray your pan with EVOO and spread a few tbsp of batter onto pan. Drop some carob chips on top of your pancake; cover pan with lid. Cook 3 minutes then flip; cook for a minute. Serve with a dollop of natural nut butter or natural syrup.
