- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TBSP Parsley
- Kelp Granules (or Salt) & Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup packed fresh basil
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and grind until smooth.
- 1 large zucchini, spiralized or julienned
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3/4 chickpeas
- 2 TBSP red onion, sliced
- 3 TBSP Pine nuts, toasted
Combine the zoodle ingredients with as much pesto as desired. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy!
