Bronzed Glow Smoothie

Want to have stunning, glowing skin? Drink this high in beta-carotene smoothie instead of frying underneath the sun or even worse, the tanning bed.



Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cantaloupe cubes
1/2 cup of papaya
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 cup of carrot juice (or water)
1 small knob of fresh ginger

Blend all ingredients together. Pour over ice and enjoy!
