Detox Smoothie

Had a rough night, weekend, or week? Get today off to the right start with this detox smoothie!

  • 1 Fiji apple (other apples work, this is my favorite)
  • 1 small green pear
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach (1 big handful) or 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1-2 cups water (start with one cup then add more if needed)
  • 1 TSP hemp seeds
  • 1 TSP Chia seeds
Combine first five ingredients in your blender; blend until smooth. Top with chia and hemp seeds. Enjoy!

Tip: Add ice for a frothier smoothie
