Ruby Red Grapefruit Green Smoothie

Love the sweet and tangy flavor of grapefruit? Then this smoothie is for you!

  • 1 medium ruby red grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 banana, frozen or fresh, peeled
  • 1 bunch parsely
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1-2 cups filtered water (depending on how thick you'd like)
  • Ice
Add water into your blender. Then add the fruits and veggies. Blend until smooth. Add ice is desired; blend.  Enjoy!
