- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Chobani
- 1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
- 2 TBSP vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
In a bowl, combine the Chobani, cream cheese, protein powder, and vanilla. Stir the mixture until well combined then place in the fridge.
While your mixture is chilling,either use a pairing knife or a teaspoon to remove the stem and dig out a little well for the filling. Also, trim off the bottom tip so the strawberry can stand straight.
Once all the strawberries have been cleaned, either using a small spoon or using a piping bag, fill each strawberry with a little over a tablespoon of filling. If using a piping bag, feel free to use more filling to create a pretty decoration on top!
Set up the strawberries in rows on your platter; use the blueberries to garnish. Enjoy!
