Criss Cross

This move is great for your abs.  Remember to breath and to really squeeze and stabilize your core.


First try 3 sets of 25.  Another alternative to this exercise is to reach your hands towards your toes when you come up into the crunch instead of keeping them behind your head. Really stretch!
