#Vegan Salad Mix

My go to salad mix is vegan and delicious.


1 large chunk Avocado, chopped (usually about 1/6 of an avo)
1 Huge handful Red Leaf Lettuce, torn apart
1 Carrot, small, shredded, chopped, or julienned
2 TBSP Chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 Green Pepper, Chopped (or any pepper you have)
2-3 TSP Hemp Seeds
1 TBSP good, thick balsamic

Toss all veggie ingredients together, top with dressing, seeds, and balsamic. Enjoy!
