Salmon Salad with A Simple Sesame Dressing

  • 1 Big handful spinach
  • 5 baby tomatoes
  • 2 TBSP chopped red onion
  • 1/5 English cucumber, chopped
  • 3-4 ounces salmon, bake and sliced in strips
  •  2 TSP tahini
  • 1 TSP Liquid Aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
  • 2-3 good shakes cayenne pepper
  • water
Wash and chop all veggies; put to the side. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. If too thick add a teaspoon of water at a time until it gets to the desired consistency. Top the salad with the salmon and drizzle the dressing over top; enjoy!
