Cherry Banana Overnight Oats
45 grams Old Fashioned Oats
2/3 cup - 1 full cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (depending on how thick you like)
1 packet Splenda (or any sweetener you like)
Half a medium banana, sliced into medium thick rounds
Handful of dark, plump cherries (about 7-10) halved and pitted
Mix the oats, milk, and sweetener in a bowl and let set in the refrigerator overnight. Add in your cherries and banana the next morning and enjoy. It is that simple!!!
You can adjust the sugar/ sweetener depending on how sweet you like your breakfast. I prefer mine with just a hint of sweet, but feel free to play around with this and see what you like best!
The great thing about overnight oats is the endless taste possibilities it offers. You can in peanut butter, cocoa, maple syrup, cinnamon, berries, etc for a new flavor combo every morning.
